This page sets out how things stand between you and Alchemy Wellness Resorts whenever you use the site. I have kept it fair and readable rather than stacking up fine print, and it works alongside my Privacy Policy.

Using alchemywellnessresorts.com means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any of it does not suit you, the honest answer is to leave the site be.

Information to weigh, not a clinical plan

The whole site exists to help you understand what wellness retreats involve. That makes it general information and honest company, and it is no stand-in for talking to a doctor about your own health. My Wellness Disclaimer is part of these terms; please read it before you put any weight on what you find here.

An independent guide, with nothing to sell you

I want this stated in the terms and not just implied. Alchemy Wellness Resorts is an independent review and information site. It is not a resort, and I do not run, own, or manage a retreat, spa, or programme anywhere. I am not a booking agent, I cannot make or take a reservation on your behalf, and there is no booking function anywhere on this site. I take no commission, accept no paid placements, and endorse no single retreat. Anything you go on to book, you book directly with the provider, on their terms, at your own decision and risk.

What is mine, and how you may use it

Unless I note otherwise, the writing, the structure, and the design here are mine and protected by copyright. Read them for your own non-commercial use, link across to my pages, and quote a short passage as long as the credit is clear. What is not on is republishing or redistributing large stretches of it without my written permission, or passing my material off as clinical guidance or as your own work.

Using the site decently

Please use the site honestly and with some consideration. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, do not point automated tools at it that place an unreasonable strain on it, and do not bend it to any unlawful purpose.

Links to other sites

Now and then I send you on to other websites, official bodies, research, and third-party retreat sites, for further reading or as examples. Those sites are outside my control, and their content, their accuracy, their prices, and the way they handle your privacy are not mine to answer for. Following such a link, and anything you do once you are there, is your own decision.

Warranties and the limit of my liability

I work to keep what I write accurate and current, but I cannot warrant that it is complete, free of error, or right for any one situation, and it reaches you “as is”. As far as the law allows, Alchemy Wellness Resorts carries no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage arising from how you use, or what you take from, the site, or from any retreat you choose to book. Decisions about your health and your money are yours, and where they touch your health they belong with you and a qualified professional.

If these terms change

These terms may shift as the site grows or the law moves. The “Last updated” date at the top shows which version stands, and staying with the site means you accept it. If something here raises a question, the Contact page is open to you.
