A reply usually lands within a few working days. What I cannot do is advise you on your own health. I am not a doctor, and I have no way to judge whether a fast, a detox week, or an intensive programme is safe or sensible for your particular body. That is a conversation for your own GP or clinician, the person who can actually weigh where you stand.
So please leave your medical history, your medication list, your test results, and the details of any condition out of the email. None of it is anything I am able to act on, and ordinary email was never built to carry sensitive health information safely. If you want to know whether a retreat is right for you medically, take that question to a doctor, not to me.
